What was planned as a little shopping tour through lovely european cities ended up as a little culinary experience...

I can urgently recommend the hostels we stayed at.
Amsterdam: Shelter City Hostel
Barcelona: Kabul Hostel
They were located right in the city centre next to lot of bars, clubs, restaurants, and of course, close to the shopping areas!

The World is Obsessed with Nailpolish!

And I must confess: I am too! Recently, I read an article in the Instyle on how cosmetic industry florishes, since people just buy nailpolish as they do groceries.
According to Instyle some even put themselves on a waiting list for the blackberry-ish Vernis Chanel nailspolish. So it is not surprising that nail polish is seen as the new it-accessory.

Addicted to Chocolate

Für die absoluten Chocoholics haben wir am Dublin Airport das reinste Paradis gefunden:
Die Chocolate Lounge! Cupcakes fahren wie im Sushirestaurant auf einem Laufband an der Nase vorbei, und in die heiße Schokolade wird - selbstverständlich - eine ganze Kelle zart zerschmolzene Schokolade gefüllt! Ein wahrer Traum für alle Schokoladenfans!
Leider gibt es die Choclate Lounge bisher nur in Dublin, Dubai und Edingburgh. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie auch in Hamburg herzlich willkommen wäre.
